They can help you get out there on a number of the larger job boards.  They are also not that expensive.  You need to keep track of where you have been registered and continue with refinements.  Go to the Research tab of your Job Search Report for a listing of the top providers.  Here is one of the companies that provides the service:

It'll save you several days of data entry! They provide you with a detailed report of which site you are posted, with your usernames and passwords. A rather inexpensive service. If you use a service like this, be sure that after you find a job, you remove yourself from the career sites. Also, beware of what information you post, it will be seen by a lot of people.
